itinerary and ensure you are “Travel Ready”, with a stress-free and seamless
vacation. If anything has come out post COVID travel, the role of a Travel
Agent is so important now more than ever before. Navigating the world can be
overwhelming enough, and adding in the continuation of changing travel
requirements, you are certain to want a travel professional on your side.
I am passionate and knowledgeable about the travel industry, I continue to keep up to date with learning through my valuable travel partners, and I offer exceptional customer service to my valued clients so you can feel confident all the details of your trip will be looked after.
To ensure a commitment from potential clients, and to cover my planning time prior to getting started, I will require you to complete my Professional Travel Services Agreement which includes my upfront Professional Planning Fee. The amount of the fee depends on the complexity of your trip itinerary and how many people are traveling with you. We will discuss this during my complimentary, no-obligation "Discovery Call" along with your travel plans where I will determine the cost of my fee based on your travel needs. As a follow-up to our call, I will send you via email my agreement for your review and authorization signature should you wish to proceed and hire me as your Travel Professional.
FEES are charged BEFORE any advice or planning begins and are non-refundable and are in addition to any supplier costs or penalties as per their terms and conditions. *Please note - An electronic client authorization form must be signed prior to booking your trip agreeing to all terms and conditions.

Let's plan your vacation. Planning is the lengthiest part of handling any trip. Finding the most suitable destination, hotel, resort, or flight-only trip based on your criteria takes a lot of time. Having a Travel Advisor like me who is knowledge through supplier trainings and certifications, and from my personal, client, or colleagues’ experiences are key factors in recommending and finding you the perfect holiday.
My service will prepare you for travel including insurance options, destination arrival and return requirements, what to do if you test positive prior to travel, or while in destination, advocating for my clients when called for, contacting the resort, airline, or hotel with your special needs or requests prior to your arrival, helping with insurance claims, and much more. **Please note - Max three itineraries at these rates.

1 x adult (solo trip), $175 +HST
Families up to 5 persons (2 adults, up to 3 children), $175 +HST
